“I wanted a job where I could actually grow and enjoy the work. Not just something for the paycheck.”

She also started investing in her tools: reworking her CV over 2,000 times in different formats, overhauling her LinkedIn, and dedicating real time to learning about the companies she was interested in.

“I started spending more time on LinkedIn than Instagram – engaging with posts, messaging hiring managers, even chatting with future teammates. Slowly, people started reaching out to me.”

The biggest change? Her mindset. Instead of seeing interviews as something to survive, she started treating them like conversations – opportunities to evaluate companies just as much as they evaluated her.

“You’re not just being interviewed – you’re interviewing them too.”

Her journey is proof that success doesn’t come from applying more – it comes from applying smarter, showing up with clarity, and staying resilient through the “no’s.”

“If you’re getting a lot of no’s, it’s not you. Keep going. It’s part of the process – and it makes you stronger.”
