A career coach can shorten your job search by helping you build a UX/UI-focused CV, optimise your LinkedIn for recruiter searches, and create a step-by-step application strategy. We also provide tailored interview coaching for tech UX/UI roles, so you walk in confident and prepared to showcase your value to hiring managers.
The Starter Program is perfect if you're looking to land interviews quickly and you feel confident in preparing for interviews on your own. It focuses on strengthening your CV, LinkedIn, and application strategy. The Ultimate Program takes it further, preparing you to not only secure interviews but also to get the job offer - so everything from personalised interview coaching and extensive 6-month support.
Our co-founders, Joana and Roxanne, lead the strategy calls, offering personalised advice and guidance. From there, our experienced career consultant - each with an HR or recruiting background - handle the reviews. These consultants go through a rigorous selection process to ensure they provide top-tier support.
Each 1:1 coaching session typically lasts about 1 hour. Depending on your needs, it may go a few minutes over. It’s your time, so we make sure we cover everything thoroughly.
Yes! Support doesn’t end with the coaching sessions. Ongoing support is available to all our clients, with the duration depending on the program you choose. We're committed to your long-term success, offering guidance when you need it most.
No experience is required! Whether you're a graduate just starting out or a senior executive looking to level up, our programs are tailored to your specific career stage and goals.
The core skills for success in UX/UI include creativity, empathy, and problem-solving. You’ll need to understand user needs, design intuitive interfaces, and create seamless digital experiences. Strong communication and collaboration are key, since UX/UI designers work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.
Proficiency with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, along with knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing, will give you an edge. An understanding of design systems, accessibility, and front-end basics (HTML, CSS) is also valuable. In our program, we help you showcase these skills in your portfolio, highlight them on your CV and LinkedIn, and demonstrate them confidently in interviews.
